Hopefully Mr. Ginsburg can convince his wife to go down the street to the Waterways shops, where he could take a couple of kids to hang out in one of the many kosher stores.
Considering that that these days I don't remember phone numbers, i just program them in, this is nostalgic. For those needing more information, look at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_exchange_names http://phone.net46.net/nyc/latealpha.html
Great links WAdsworth3! Thanks for doing the legwork. I agree about the nostalgia factor. Hearing the old exchanges makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside :)
You can post this to the new meme, Signs, Signs, later today (the meme opens Wednesday afternoons)

Have a great day!
I doubt they would enforce this rule against a woman with a 7 year old, a 4 year old, and 2 infants in their stroller.
ReplyDeleteThey mean teenagers, but legally can't probably single them out so blatantly.

ReplyDeleteAt times like this, Aventura is quite appealing.
WAdsworth3- I always had a question for you why do you capitalize the A also why don't spell it Wadsworth3?
ReplyDeleteLOL! Yekke Wannabe!

When they removed TO and replaced it with SW, the telephone company changed the affected peoples phone numbers.
ReplyDeleteoooh i know this one. does it have something to do with phone numbers?
ReplyDeleteFCG -
