Ruby Tuesday - Rosh Hashana

Rosh Hashana, the Jewish New Year, begins at sundown this Friday night. It is customary to serve apples dipped in honey, symbolizing our hopes for a sweet new year ahead.

Here's wishing just that to all my readers - a sweet new year filled with peace, good health and much joy.
